Our employee's titles are Personal Care Attendant or Direct Care Provider
Every personal care attendant is certified according to Medicaid standards.
They must pass an online P.C.A. training course in order to be certified
They must have a 2 weeks on the job training with supervisor
They must pass a MSDH fingerprint criminal background check
They must take and pass an adult CPR, First Aid, and AED class
They must verify they are in good health, free of communicable diseases and are able to do the required duties of a P.C.A.
